To our Florida representatives, Fabian Basabe, Miami Beach Commissioners and Miami Beach Mayor:

 

The City of Miami Beach has become a gigantic microwave oven since the massive installation of 5G towers in 2020.  It is being radiated 24 hours/7 days a week by 4G, 5G antennas, radars, small cells and smart meters. 

In South Beach alone, within just a 3 miles radius, from the Miami Beach Convention Center to South Pointe, there are more than 600 antennas and 104 towers!

The Electromagnetic radiation is affecting the health of the residents, tourists, animals, plants and insects. 
 
Some of the documented adverse health effects of electromagnetic radiation include heart palpitations, dizziness, migraines, short of breath, tinnitus, insomnia, skin rashes, memory loss, adult cancers, and childhood leukemia and cancers.

Electromagnetic radiation also adversely affects property values. There are reports of a 20% property devaluation near 4G and 5G cellular towers, small cells and radars.

The 4G, 5G Cellular towers are in everywhere. You can see them in the corners of the streets, on the buildings or on towers placed near our vulnerable populations—children, the elderly, and the sick. They can be seen close to schools, daycare centers, hospitals, parks, senior's facilities, hotels and the beach. 

We ask our representatives to take action:

Stop the installation of 4G, 5G cellular antennas, small cells, and radars that not only are making us sick, but also affect our aesthetics and community character. 

 Remove the antennas that are close to the most sensitive areas like residential homes, schools, daycare centers, hospitals, parks, senior's facilities, hotels and the beach.

The telecom industry is protected by federal law, but our health is not. For this reason, we strongly urge our Miami Beach representatives to change our local wireless zoning codes to restore control at the community level and repeal the preemption laws — both state and federal to protect the residents from the Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome.

Cities like Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Belmar, New Jersey, Stamford, Connecticut, Boston, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Flower Hill, New York and many more are protecting their residents from the 5G electromagnetic radiations.

To comply with the FCC emissions limit, a rigorous and frequently mandatory RFR (radiofrequency radiation) testing by an independent contractor should be made for the antennas and radars that are already installed.

Look for alternative internet and phone services like cable or LIFI that do not harm humans, animals or the environment.

To protect the most vulnerable population, the elderly, immune compromised, children, and those who are electro- sensible, a No- RF-EMF area should be implemented.

We also request that the City of Miami Beach conduct independent impact studies of:

1.  The environment (atmosphere, trees and palms burned by the radiation waves, dead bee colonies and increment in animal illness).
2.  Electrosensitive people, residents and tourists who are suffering the tremendous radiation waves.
    Has there been an increase of illness among the Miami Beach population since 2020? In particular, have there been increased incidence of adult cancers, leukemia and cancers in children, heart attacks, shortness of breath, miscarriages, memory loss, depression, insomnia, anxiety, skin rashes, tinnitus, body pain, headaches, strokes, etc.
