On Friday, August 24 the MHSAA postponed high school football in Michigan until the spring. They do not realize that teams and communities have gone out of there way to keep the sport safe with social distancing and sanitizing. Teams have also been working 110% to prep for the upcoming season with two a days and conditioning just to find out it has been cancelled. Football bring friends and community’s together and can still be that way while following the Covid guidelines. We believe kids are safer at the felids with precautions rather than every day life. The MHSAA didn’t even give us a chance to show our pride to keep football safe and family at homes
