After the governor's Executive Order 176, removing restrictions on ALL sports, MHSAA still put restrictions on only sideline cheerleading. 

Football can tackle, be face to face, volleyball can be face to face at the net. Why can't cheerleaders be face to face while stunting? 

In the MHSAA Return to Play announcements, they mention that cheerleaders must also tape down masks to their face while tumbling. In case it falls down. Why are volleyball players allowed to jump, dive, etc. and they expect masks not to fall down for them? Plus, who is going to be within 6 feet of a cheerleader tumbling? (Not meant to degrade volleyball in any way, simply trying to put things in perspective).

Please sign this petition so that cheerleading will get equal treatment by MHSAA.
