reply of Jaipur National University against my RTI

Just send to Joint secretory, Higher education Rajasthan: Dear Sir This is as per the telephonic conversation just happened with Dr.N.L. Suman. Sir, a letter has been forwarded from your office to Registrar, Jaipur National University, Jaipur [See Encl-1] but it seems that Registrar Jaipur National University did not give any reply and hence also did not send any required document to me. Through this email, I request you to please resend another reminder to Registrar, Jaipur National University, Jaipur and warn the administration of the University to withdrawal of the affiliation if they do not obey any order/instruction from Higher Education Department. I am also enclosing "Encl_2" for your kind information and see "the level of harassment by the University to the faculty members." Please also forward the same to Registrar Jaipur National University, Jaipur and ask their input on a separate reply. मैं यहां जोर देकर कहना चाहता हूँ की 30-03-2015 से अब तक की रिपोर्ट को आगामी विधान सभा की कर्येवाही के ध्यान में लाया जायेगा (if I do not satisfy) | मैं कोई भी गलत काम को रोकने एवम मेरे अधिकारों के लिए लड़ने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हूँ | मुझे उच्च शिक्षा विभाग राजस्थान से कोई वंचित सहयोग नहीं मिलता ह तो ये भी आगामी विधान सभा की कर्येवाही के ध्यान में लाया जायेगा | कृपया निचे लिखे विवरण से भी रूबरू होवें | Thanks and regards ------------------------------------------------ Dr. K. Suman and Dr. R.C. Gupta I asked some information from JNU through UGC under RTI act. 2005. For my request, JNU did not provided any information. Then I filled appeal to UGC and got reply from Registrar, JNU which was socking to me. I think Chancellor of JNU must reconsider the eligibility (also check the IQ level) of their Registrar. They replied me under point number II page 2nd that"The appointment letter so sent by applicant to UGC is fabricated one and he has removed his signature from every page. For fabrication the document we shall be taking suitable legal action against him". For more details see attached document. जैसा की आप सब जानते हैं की ऑनलाइन RTI में डाक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करने की एक सीमा होती ह जैसे की 5 -10 MB . इसलिए यदि फाइल की साइज बड़ी हो तो आवश्यक भाग का screen shot लेके उसका PDF फाइल बनाई जा सकती ह | ऐसा करने से फाइल साइज कम की जा सकती ह और वो ही मैंने किया | जयपुर नेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी का आलम ये ह की इसके खिलाफ को कोई आवाज़ उठाये तो पुरज़ोर (साम दाम दंड भेद ) से उसको दबाने की कोशिश की जाती ह | मैंने भी मेरे अधिकारों के लिए आवाज़ उठायी ह और JNU मुझे प्रताड़ित कर रहा ह और मेरे भविष्य को ख़राब करने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहा ह | क्या कुलसचिव JNU को इतना भी नहीं पता की fabricated document क्या होता ह ? हाँ पता ह लेकिन बस ये लाइन कि "For fabrication the document we shall be taking suitable legal action against him " डालके RTI का उचित जवाब देने से बचने कि कोशिश कर रहा ह | मैं मेरे द्वारा फाइल कि गयी RTI (जिसमे cropped अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर ह ) एवम head डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ फिजिक्स RU जयपुर से मिले अपॉइंटमेंट लेटर (प्रतिलिपि ) कि प्रतिलिपि भी सलंग्न कर रहा हूँ | अब जरा आप (JNU सदस्यो के अलावा ) ही बताये कि मेरी सुचना का जवाब नहीं देना और इस प्रकार से UGC को misleading जवाब देना JNU कि दादागिरी नहीं ह ? संयुक्त सचिव, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग जयपुर के द्वारा dated 02-12-2016 भेजे गए पत्र का भी अभी JNU ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया ह | मैं संयुक्त सचिव, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग जयपुर से विनती करूँगा कि यहां सलंग्न RTI से मालूम करें कि JNU कैसे कैसे अध्यापको का शोषण करते हैं | मेरी संयुक्त सचिव, उच्च शिक्षा विभाग जयपुर से गुजारिश ह कि जयपुर नेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी प्रशासन को एक उच्च शिक्षित अध्यापक का शोषण करने के लिए जुरमाना लगाए | आगामी विधानसभा सत्र का भी बेसब्री से इंतजार ह | क्योंकि वहां में "उच्च शिक्षा विभाग जयपुर के अधिकारियो" एवम JNU से सटीक जवाब मांग सकता हूँ एवम उचित कर्येवाही के लिए निवेदन कर सकता हूँ | बाकि मैं Court मैं देख लूंगा | Sincerely ------------------------------------------------ Dr. K.
