IIMs should take admission based on CAT Score

IIMs should take admission based on CAT Score

The Issue

CAT is an exam conducted by IIMs for the admission in their programs.But even the interview calls are not given to many CAT Toppers in the name of Academics Weightage of 10th ,12th and graduation marks.Do IIMs not have belief in the exam conducted by themselves? If they don't have trust on CAT,then why are they even conducting it?
