Disagree with the police response to Extinction Rebellion in London?

The Issue

On Monday 14 Oct 2019 the police banned protesters from Extinction Rebellion in London. The previous week they rammed through a door and confiscated toilets suitable for disabled people and cooking equipment. Also the famous pink pillows. See YouTube. Extinction Rebellion is a peaceful non violent protest movement responding to serious scientific research proving Climate Change. We ask for the government to tell the truth, to make serious moves to reduce our carbon emmisions and to let Citizens Assemblies be fomed with binding powers on parliament to enable real change to take place asap.

As a group it should be allowed to protest. We the undersigned urge Cressida Dick to rethink her decision. We ask the Mayor of London to accept the right to protest and also to start making the changes we have to make. We ask Boris Johnson and Priti Patel to allow peaceful protest. Ask companies to put people and planet before profit. I believe the banning of Extinction Rebellion from the streets of London needs to be reversed.

We are supported by many in so many countries. Please sign and get the police, the government, private industry and the media working to save the planet not arrest demonstrators.
