Metrolinx is a Canadian company that manages infrastructure throughout the Canadian province of Ontario, specifically the GTA and Ottawa. Recently, I read an article stating that Metrolinx proposed the idea of bulldozing seven acres of a local park (Margaret Greene) in Guelph, Ontario. I do not think that this is necessary as Guelph already lacks: 

1) Parks

2) Leash-free parks 

3) There is plenty of space to build elsewhere - so why destroy the west end's only leash-free Dog park?
