Further to my earlier message the Labor party representatives Warren and Prue Car have also provided an update, which follows:

"Labor will allocate an additional $40 million for a business case to extend the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport from St Mary’s to Tallawong.

This final business case will provide the detailed design, economic assessment and cost estimation to inform an investment decision for the construction of this metro extension from St Mary’s to Tallawong”

We now have both parties committing to our request. Let’s hope for a positive outcome next term after the elections.
