Change arbitrarily shut down this petition because it has been up for 366 days. They apparently have no mechanism for re-opening it because they indicated that I had to start a whole new identical petition. This seems stupid. I think we're close to "victory" but Metra seems to be in an unending cycle of emergencies, scandals, tragedies, snits and investigations. Oh, well--Illinois and all. Anyway I asked Change to turn this thing back on. Maybe I'll have to put up a new petition asking them to re-open my old petition--LOL!
