This is of critical importance to all public transit providers. And it is not only young people who dislike driving--I have hated it since I got my licence at age 30 and I know many other middle aged people who avoid autos whenever possible. Not to mention seniors who would rather take trains for a host of reasons. But let's focus on young people. Many do not own cars and they like it like that. They are the future of public transit. If they can easily use their devices on Metra, Amtrak, CTA, etc., AND if they can travel with their pets they will be loyal riders for life.
