We are starting off a little slowly but I know that there are many people who care about this issue, so I'm asking if everyone could email this petition to a few friends--it will really make a difference. As a long time commuter cyclist and non-driving type, this issue is important to me because we need as many alternatives as possible for getting around. And as a large segment of the population ages, we are more and more reluctant to drive everywhere. Soon I am hoping to live a life where I can put the car away most of the time. To have the freedom to pick up our dog and go anywhere is something that I hope to experience. Thank you again for your support and lets see if we can get this to happen!
