PDP Pledges for a Meter-Free J&K

In recent years, the people of J&K have been burdened with property tax, electricity meters, sand mining, soil extraction, and now even water meters. The region is undergoing severe fiscal distress, and such callous decisions impacting basic needs must be made by a popular government.

Renegotiating with NHPC on power projects is essential. The people of J&K deserve free electricity, as most of our produced power is outsourced to other states with no benefits to the region. It's time to prioritize the well-being of J&K's citizens over profit-driven policies.
