Katy Perry American Singer hasn't been getting the recognition that she deserves.

Her album "Witness" has been harshly criticized for being "too experimental" etc. She has been attacked over a "hair cut" and rediscovering her self. She was currently dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts at the time and the media continued to make fun of her mental health.

Ever since that happened Katy hasn't been getting the recognition she deserves. The singer has been working non-stop while in a pandemic and pregnant. The singer has a lot of pressure loaded on her. By giving birth and becoming a new mom to putting out a new record. 

Katy Perry has claimed that she's happy, grateful and that she has gotten her smile back.

"Gratitude is probably the thing that saved my life because if I didn't find that I probably would've wallowed in my own sadness and just jumped," the Daisies singer said. "I found ways to be grateful, and every morning when I wake up... the very first thing I say out loud is, 'Thank you God for today.

From the release of "Smile" critics have continued to tear her down once again. The biggest fear is that it might get worse and the singer will got into another state of deep depression. Since the singer has opened up about having suicidal thoughts, she might be prone to having them again. We want to prevent this situation before it gets worse. We wouldn't want the legend Katy Perry to take her life or even have those thoughts ever again.
