Meta: Stop AIPLEX & MarkScan from abusing DMCA to delete Riku Vlogs
The Issue
To: Meta Platforms Inc.
My name is Md Amir Hossain. I run "Riku Vlogs", a Blue Verified Facebook Page with 114,000+ followers. I create motorcycle reviews and education content under Class 41.
Since 15 April 2026, Indian companies AIPLEX SOFTWARE PVT LTD and MarkScan have filed 20 fraudulent copyright and trademark strikes against my page claiming "Sunflower" infringement.
FACTS:
1. My content has 0% visual, audio, or textual reference to any sunflower, flower, or the ZEE5 web series "Sunflower". I am 1000% sure.
2. Public records show "Sunflower" UK Trademark UK00003450485 is owned by Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme Ltd for Class 26/35 - physical lanyards for disabled people. Not for video content.
3. AIPLEX and MarkScan appear to be misrepresenting the scope and ownership of this trademark to Meta to remove my Class 41 motorcycle videos for financial gain.
4. Meta already investigated one strike, Report #2301493413594793, Appeal 968259202430243, and restored my content, confirming the claim was invalid. Yet 19 fraudulent strikes remain. putting my account and admin id at risk. Remove these 19 strikes.

**** Some case IDs are there twice. Here it is seen - the same case ID has appeared in different posts.****
5. Due to these false strikes, I was forced to voluntarily unpublish my page and move my admin ID from Professional Mode to Lock Mode to prevent further damage. My business and income are destroyed. My support access is blocked, denying due process.
This is not just about me. If AIPLEX can use a lanyard trademark to delete a motorcycle page, they can delete any creator. This is DMCA fraud under US law 512(f) and Fraud by False Representation under UK Fraud Act 2006.
I have filed reports with FBI IC3.
I demand Meta:
1. Immediately restore all content of Riku Vlogs and remove all 19 fraudulent strikes.
2. Permanently ban AIPLEX SOFTWARE PVT LTD and MarkScan from filing claims.
3. Mandate human review for all claims using 'Sunflower' trademark.
4. Remove all restrictions of my admin account support access and monetization.
ZEE5: Your anti-piracy vendor AIPLEX is committing fraud using your name. Review their contract.
UKIPO: Your trademark UK00003450485 is being misused for global DMCA fraud.
