          The construction of  the new Pagudpud Public Market building in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte started in the early months of the year 2016 or before the election period of that year, and up to this day it remained unfinished. The said project cost TUMATAGINTING NA “109 MILLION pesos” putangina and yes, you heard it right!! The local government says it is almost done but it’s nowhere near to completion, not even half of it is done. I don’t know why they are building this NEW public market since there is already an existing NEW public market. Yes, you heard it right again!!! We have not ONE, not TWO but Three new public markets with different locations !! Why are they always building new public markets if we already have one? What is their purpose?

        We are asking for any  concerned agencies for an investigation into this project especially the Presidential Action Center.

       We people should not be afraid of the government. Governments should be afraid of us.  Alone, I can’t do it but together we can do so much!! Let’s spread the news so they can hear our voice!!!!!!  Let us all message malacanang Email: pcc@malacanang.gov.ph Act now, not later, if you really want change!! Let them hear us RoaR!!!
