Outside the library, where there is the plaque remembering Dic Penderyn we have a statue of Seymour Berry, a local worthy, and one of the gentry.  Penderyn Square should have a permanent memorial of the people's hero.

The words 'we shall rise again' should be included under the statue, in English AND in Welsh. 

There could be a subscription fund to help pay for it, I'll contribute for a start!
