There have been recent changes regarding our meal plans. Not only have we lost our ability to use our mackbucks off campus (such as Panera, Wholefoods, CVS, etc), but we have also lost the amount of mackbucks we had in previous years.  

In previous years, with the 13-swipe meal plan, we had $450 to spend at various locations on and off campus.  Such as the bookstore and Dunkin Donuts.  Now with this meal plan, we only receive $200 and can only spend 10% of this amount at Dunkin Donuts as well as the inability to use this money at the bookstore completely.

Even if it is impossible for the students to use the meal plan's money outside of campus, I believe the students should still have the original amount of money that we have had in previous years given with the meal plans. We pay a lot of money to go to this school and the fact that students are now forced to spend more of their 'own money' is unfair.

As a community, we are all very disappointed and would wish to create a change in the plan or go back to the original meal plan.
