Have you watched the January 6 Hearings?  For God's sake, we know you're an institutionalist and scared of doing anything that might look like a partisan hit against a former administration.  But if nothing is done, your inaction is going to look like a bipartisan hit against Democracy in general and the Office of the President of the United States in particular. 

When evil is exposed, it is not the job of good men to watch and do nothing, unless, of course, those good men are not good men and want evil to prevail.  We are at the tipping point of a major moral crisis in our country.  When there are no consequences for attacking Democracy and our Constitution, there will be nothing to discourage future Presidents from similar attempts to turn the United States into another hopelessly corrupt totalitarian state.  So long as you do not act, Merrick Garland, our Democracy is still in danger.

We know your timeline may not be our ideal.  But don't dawdle long enough to let this opportunity slip away.  You better stop Trump before his sycophants in the Executive Branch stop you, and the agents of sedition score a critical victory.

We're focused intently on you, Merrick Garland.  We're paying attention.
