This petition is created for merciless sound pollution created by some of the residents and PCOA allowing it in pbel city in the name of vibrant community, festivals and events.

Despite numerous request to PCOA and event organisers they are not taking any action and on top of it they are saying they will continue this what so ever. 

which is shocking and inhuman as there are toddlers, kids who might be sick, sr citizens who might be sick which would cause trauma in the long run

Please sign this petition so this will be final say to PCOA and event organisers and if no action is taken then we shall take this to legal authorities and we shall have peaceful and trauma free pbel community 

Below points were requested through Facebook and WhatsApp and in person by various individuals when the event was going on to PCOA and event organisers 

1. While everyone of us love festival and events but celebration should not be at the cost disturbing 2000 residents
2. All events should be in club house so no one gets disturbed it doesn't matter if the clubhouse is enough if it's is not enough they can hire a bigger hall outside and celebrate
3. If any event has to be organised at the stage near K Tower, then volume level should 5 or less as most audience sit in front of speakers so there is no need for high volume which is disturbing even high  floors 
4. *** Special mention about Marathon event, this event is actually outside pbel where people are running on road and without any mercy and foolishly distrubing entire community at 6:00AM with loud music*** this should be banned in community and unacceptable.  They can organise this on the road.
