We all know MerchNOW is one of the go-to sites for band merchandise, with many exclusive bundles and items sold solely on their site for a variety of different artists. In theory, this can be good for us because we can find all of our favorite bands' merchandise in one spot, right? Wrong. Though they do offer a very wide selection of (usually very desirable) merchandise from a plethora of artists, that also comes with customer service that runs you in circles (if you're lucky enough to even get a response at all) and unreasonably high shipping rates. This has been proven to be a very common problem among people who order from this website, and nothing seems to be improving. Many have gone weeks or months without receiving their orders and typically only receive help after persistently their chasing their customer service department, if they get a response at all. In some cases, customers would receive the wrong size/item, and MerchNOW would be in no rush to process their exchange/return. With some returns, customers wouldn't even receive a full refund for their purchase or return shipping. As far as shipping goes, anyone who has ordered from MerchNOW knows that, in most cases, it can be very pricey. Obviously, it costs money to ship just about anything, and the bigger/heavier the package, the more expensive the shipping will be. However, what MerchNOW charges for shipping their orders is significantly higher than what it should cost. If their shipping prices weren't bad enough, they also have a tendency to not live up to their shipping time guarantees. Obviously, things do happen and sometimes shipping may be delayed a day or two. However, many customers would be guaranteed a certain time frame or date and wouldn't receive their order until weeks or months later. I've personally had these issues with MerchNOW myself, and I know I'm definitely not the only one. There are some "positive reviews" from people paid by MerchNOW to write them scattered amongst the many negative ones. Generally, these planted reviews are either too specific or not specific enough, and they tend to say things along the lines of, "I received my order within a few days of purchasing. The shipping was a bit high, but it was worth it," and maybe some very minor complaints about the items to decrease suspicion. Please don't let these fool you. These are fake. More and more people are getting frustrated every day with this website because of their lack of proper customer service. If that's not bad enough, not only are people paying through the nose for shipping, but they're receiving their items in far from a timely manner, sometimes even receiving the incorrect size/item. Any help is greatly appreciated. The more people who help speak out about this issue, the better chance of there being something done about it.
