Singapore Syariah laws shall align with International Syariah laws.  Nusyuz shall be applicable for both genders and not only for men as written in Quran.  Nusyuz and adulterous women shall not be entitled for any monetary rewards. Any forms of evidences related infidelity shall be taken into account as evidence in custody care and control decision. 

Any infidel nusyuz or adulterous parent shall not be entitled for care and control, regardless of child age,  as part of moral obligations and the adulterer usually cannot be good role model and have shown irresponsible character. 

Singapore Syariah court must hounor other foreign syariah court decision. The laws must not be ambiguous so that lawyers can manipulate to have monetary gains. 

Divorce and not able to afford is not a crime and hence shall not be threatened with jail terms.  These jail terms are biased towards men only.  Jail terms threaten livelihood of men and can be easily manipulated by opposite gender for revenge. The divorce rate for Singapore Muslim is very high because women feel like they have nothing to loose in the divorce and have all to gain in terms of wealth and custody. The law shall not be bias as it breaks family bond and cause long term hatred. Once man in jail, his career is gone. Hence many Muslim family in Singapore have broken home. This is not what Allah decreed and definitely not the teaching of our beloved prophet Muhammad. 

Lawyers fees for any divorce proceeding shall have maximum capping so that couples going through emotional and complicated divorce shall not be manipulated by lawyers and legal system. 

Legal Aid shall consider the household income per person as a sole breadwinner may have many dependants.
