On July 13, 2022, a bill was introduced to congress that will cause men to pay child support of a child that has not been born.  It's the Unborn Child Support Act sponsored by, Republican Congressman Kevin Cramer of North Dakota.

There are thousands of men who have been ordered to pay child support for children in which they are not the father.  Even when discovered and proven, men are not reimbursed, the court rarely acknowledges the life damaging affects it has had on their employment status or family.  Men have been incarcerated causing them to lose, homes, transportation, and the list goes on. If this is not stopped, all men will be subject to pay unborn child support to any woman who accuses a man of being the father.   Congress needs to stop this bill in its tracks.  The current child support programs need to be revisited so that men that are harmed by the accusation of being the father are reimbursed by the state for paying for children that they are not the father.    We men stand in total opposition of the Unborn Child Support Act.
