There is no reason for the amount of mass killings that go on in that establishment and a change needs to be made immediately. I wholeheartedly believe that it would not be hard to start a foster program and partner with more rescues and no - kill shelters. That's all it takes to save lives. When you euthanize perfectly healthy and adoptable dogs, it's not acceptable and should be considered animal cruelty. But I think that it is important we realize that this is 2015 and we as humans have the resources to help instead of just kill. MAS has plenty of resources and people to connect with about transporting dogs and adopting their dogs out. Several dogs have been euthanized after already having a home lined up and someone coming for them. I hope that this petition will at least start a movement against this cruelty and put an end to it.
