We are requiring the removal of the President for inappropriate behavior (force entry) related to a female member(s) of the community. We are requiring removal of the President of the board for his role in the shooting of a member "homeowners" of the community as he acted in his role. We are requiring the removal of the President of the board for his unreasonable handling of members "homeowners" delinquent dues in that he put liens on members "homeowners" homes that were not delinquent/and delinquent and put these same homes in collections causing undue/hardship fees and fines. We are requiring the removal of the board members for their lack of leadership in these matters. Finally, We are requiring the removal of the entire board in their action for undue/unnecessary financial penalties, parking violation/hardship, solar panel and lawsuits.
