The predictions of the ongoing economic impact of Coronavirus range from dire to apocalyptic. In order to address this impact countries around the world are preparing for huge economic stimulus packages to kickstart their economies and bring massive amounts of employment.  While the amounts of money involved are scary (at levels not seen since WW II) the opportunity for positive change if invested well represent a once in a lifetime opportunity.

We therefore want the UK’s investment go into in technologies, industries and infrastructure projects that will:-

·        Align with the UKs plan to be carbon neutral be 2050

·        Support swift largescale (primarily infrastructure) employment projects to help with short term employment needs

·        Help support ongoing creation of new skilled jobs in green industries that will support UK growth for the foreseeable future
