At Davos world leaders meeting today, reference was made to the latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report which describes "The unprecedented nature of the changes that are required if we are to limit warming to 1.5C - changes to energy systems, changes to the way we manage land, changes to the way we move around with transportation."
It is becoming clearer and clearer, action is required now - watch this space for a critique of UK plans for a 'net zero carbon target' for 2050 - not enough and certainly not early enough and with little authenticity. We need to hold our leaders to account. Remember we were responsible and we must act to fix the problem. Thank you to everyone who has signed this Petition - everyone has their role to play.
