The Gates Foundation is honoring Narendra Modi for building toilets in India while ignoring the fact of continuing communal violence and erosion of democratic principles by the BJP and the RSS, the political party of Mr Modi and its militant arm. 

Human rights is a fundamental value of the prestigious Gates Foundation. This award is hypocrisy.
