This law will harm innocent dogs. It is a way for her and other humans to harm innocent dogs and blame them for what the owners are responsible for. My old petition was shut down about it, after this girl had sent me numerous threatening messages, and I'll post those publicly as well if need be. I don't understand why my petition to save animals was shut down after she is threatening me!
