USPS Unequal Employment

The Issue

The USPS have a history of Unequal Employment, which could be proven through any Search Engine by finding testimonials of Current and Former Employees. I myself have a current issue with the Postal Service and after researching the best solution, I have run across thousands of testimonials which supports my claims. No matter the route taken to properly address these issues, the Employees are feeling the hopelessness driven by the Management and the unfair rulings enforced. Employees follow the Employee Labor Manual (ELM), in hopes to rectify the situation as written. Subsequently, the rectifying is being dictated and the Employees has no rights. There are Employees who ultimately faint while working and their FECA rights are rejected by not offering the CA1 Form nor giving it upon request or signing upon bringing it in. Employees harassed and discriminated against, ultimately are forcibly removed from schedules. Resulting in low to no paychecks, debt, & poor wellness. Employees who are feeling conspired against by all Management including HRM, OIG, NALC Union, EEO, etc.

The benefit of the change will give Equal Employment Opportunity, support the Contractual Agreements as an Employee, Consequences for Falsified Reports, To file Grievances directly with Union, Follow Up of Grievances by Union with Consequential Authority as per ELM and Compensation Cap of $100,000, Accessible CA1, CA16, & CA17 Forms at all Station, Forbid Management of the use of "16.7 - Termination" unless arrested by Postal Police/Federal Law Enforcement for Not leaving when asked or feeling Physically Threatened, Continuing Education Courses for Management, Allowing the Informal Process of the EEO to have Consequential Authority with Compensation Cap of $500,000, Proper Mail Volume upon leaving Station, Upgraded Postal Vehicles with Air Conditioning and Hand-Trucks, Curbside Delivery for any City known to have extreme Mail Volume unless Apartment-Community-Style, CCA's to actually assist the CC on the Route as opposed to having a full route, etc.
