I'm signing this for the elected council of Medicine Hat to plan permits to the citizens of Medicine Hat, and implement a program allowing for the the care, and maintenance of backyard chickens! 

This is the best way to provide for our own families during a time of economic struggle, and help reduce the negative impacts of factory farming and egg plants. 

This program has seen incredible success in other cities like Red Deer and there is no viable reason for this not to occur in Medicine Hat!
