Please do NOT vote YES on Prop 409.  The System is broken and Valleywise is at the heart of the broken system.  

I've been petitioned without due process, held against my will for Evaluation and court ordered for Treatment(s) that have been inhumane abusive.  

The Civil process for these actions goes against our basic Constitutional rights, the Bill of Rights, the 5th and 14th Amendments, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.  

Please, please, please do not continue funding governmental and public entities that are chipping away at our personal freedoms.  Not to mention that each and every homeowner will be paying AN ADDITIONAL 2ndary Property tax....of which all of this money will be going to Valleywise to build new facilities, which I'm turn are increasing their assets.

My position is that no additional taxes should be placed upon the citizens of Maricopa County.  And, ESPECIALLY for causes that are in violation of ones Constitutional and human rights and the laws of our Land which have been designed to protect its people from governmental over each.
