CBHCM provides direct behavioral health case management services to adults or children with serious mental health conditions ,substance use disorders and/or those whose participation in the child welfare system requires  behavioral health case management services.The CBHCM credential is recognized for billable services by the Florida State Medicaid Plan and meets the certification requirement itself .394.4573,Florida Statutes.

We have been left without work and without payments for more than two months and elderly clients with mental illness without services :We claim our positions ,our salaries and the services to clients for their physical and emotional well -being.

Federal law defines Targeted Case Management as services that will help people elegible under state Medicaid gain access to medical , social , vocational and other services and have deprived the elderly of our care.

After so many years of work and sacrifices they have left us with nothing ,we requested that the government take action on the matter and that Medicaid return to our services.
