Able uk plan to blow up a peregrine Falcons nest site on Sunday with a controlled explosion .the peregrine falcon is a schedule 1 species bird of prey anyone disturbing these birds in the breeding season is likely to be prosecuted I'd like able uk to hold their actions until later in the year to let these birds breed and successfully fledge their young .
