Who authorize this spending?

According to The Herald weekly this week: "the county has made a commitment to make the Ramsey Creek Swim Beach work no matter the cost". That's NOT their own money to spend! This is NOT acceptable. We have more than 100 signatures so far, way to go! Let's make our voices count.
