I would appreciate it if everyone would please sign thus petition in order to put a stop to people driving off if they hit a cat.

My beautiful funny fluffy girl 2 years old was knocked over in broad daylight in our street.
Why shouldn't people stop if they hit a cat they do for dogs it's time to make a change!
