I have often found that referring to the main building of Heritage as "Heritage Central Building" is often misleading. Since it is not in the center of Heritage Halls it can often lead to confusion when referring to the building. I believe that by changing the name to "Heritage Headquarters" it becomes very clear that it is still the main office of Heritage, while not being misleading about its placement within the boundaries of Heritage Halls.
