There are 19 pages of Brutal verbal and physical violence towards my brother the Plaintiff. How many officers it took to put they hands on this innocent individual whom was NOWHERE near any of these Crime that happened towards anyone's family. 

My brother Mr. Ramon Luna Bueno was in custody the days in any of these shootings happening at different times, dates, year and locations.

This pertains to Detective Butcher interrogation in question video up above 2015 manhunt on DPS OFFICER SHOT in the eye back in 2010 showing 2011. Ramon Luna Bueno has NOT gone to court for as up above you the television clipping. 2 male and 3 female suspects.

Unnecessary force by police officers in the State of Arizona and cities of Phoenix,  Glendale, and Peoria which get divided up by the Maryvale District. We also have the Durango District in between each Precinct.
