MCPS Should Delay school openings for January 5th 2018 Due to Hypothermia and temperature drops for morning commutes and Students waiting at the bus stop in 10 degree below weather with heavy winds that could risk harming our students it would benefit us all if we delayed school openings by 2 hours to reduce chances of hypothermia and such for mcps students safety and well being.
