The Rusty Rudder is a restaurant that has been alive and well for 15 years on Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. It is locally owned and everyone here has a story to tell from "The Rudder." A town staple and a place where out of owners flock too, its the only place on the lake where you can come right off the lake as you are and feel welcomed with open arms. The tiki bar has live entertainment everyday - friday and saturday nights it even turns into an amazing bar resulting in the win of LKN's best night club award. They are the biggest fans of the Carolina Panthers, with being associated with the Roaring Riot, this is the place to go for the away games. They even have a special game day menu! Recently the landlord made a decision to not renew the lease. The two owners, Brian and Eric, posted a long heartfelt message on their Facebook page, it has since been shared over 1,000 times and many news outlets have been sharing the news as well.
