McKays Mill residents and community members we deserve better! Please take a moment to forward this to others in our community so we can gain greater awareness on this important issue. This petition has been established to remove Kristy Bowman the McKays Mill Community Manager and HOA President Mike Franklin for their continued lack of honesty and poor conduct within our community.

Mike Franklin and Kristy Bowman created a false report with local law enforcement stating I had harassed management when there is no evidence or proof of this taking place. I have bodycam footage and witnesses to back these claims. When I asked and tried to communicate with the HOA they ignored my voicemails and shortly after that police report would be filed more than likely to stop me from asking questions on the premises. 

Living in my community for over two decades, this community manager and our president have crossed the line with many and after making these false reports to law enforcement and also unlawfully slandering my name I knew something had to be done. These committee members take personal details, emails, sources and provide information to regular community members and they deem themselves 'professionals.' These committee members disseminate information, lie and manipulate the system to their advantage.

These individuals in no way deserve to be in their positions and there are dozens of other community members that agree. We deserve individuals with integrity and character. Community members are constantly ignored and when someone starts asking questions like myself actions are taken to ignore or in my case unlawful police reports are filed for trespassing. You heard that right I was trespassed after asking questions and no legitimate, factual reason was every provided for why I was trespassed. Using the law against home owners and forcing legal action against them is gross and I'm here today to see that this stops.

This HOA hired and retained a small attorney in Nashville to handle my correspondences and just like the community management company they are reported to be a diffusion of responsibility which is exactly what CMA Community Management is. HOAs use services like CMA to get away from issues and legalities just like what has occurred here.

As a community we deserve ethical individuals who are honest and want to serve. Kristy Bowman and Mike Franklin again have continually misled and slandered members of our community including myself. It's time to remove Kristy Bowman and Mike Franklin from their positions and it starts with you.
