Voluntary or enforced addition of car registration number (or other identifying method) to ensure that litter can be traced back to the purchaser. This would apply to all Drive Thru take away food outlets.

Companies are profiting from take away drive thru business but not taking any responsibility for the impact on the environment. The Covid-19 crisis  has increased the occurrence of littering especially in our country lanes. This kind of damage to wildlife and the environment is unforgiveable.
