Every day, 50 million Americans are fast food. The problem with this is that these people do not know what goes into their fast food.Fast food restaurants go beyond being unhealthy. These corporations use ingredients that can cause brain damage,strokes, heart attacks. But this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to fast food horrors.

First of all, these restaurants deceive you; for example, McDonald's "fresh lettuce leaf" is actually treated with 12 different chemicals. Additionally, the chemicals used in the food have very bad side effects; Wendy's frosty, for instance, includes synthetic laxative, an electronic cigarette filler that can cause blood brain barrier issues and neurotoxic effects in children ( synthetic laxative is illegal in cat food). Finally, these companies destroy the environment ; McDonald's  uses lethal poisons to destroy vast areas of Central American rain forest to build grazing pastures for cattle.

The only solution to this problem is to boycott these fast food restaurants. Too many Americans are already obese (more than 2/3 of the adult population), and cutting down on fast food could stop obesity. Please sign this petition to stop the fast food industry in its tracks.
