This is of enormous importance because it takes 15.5 min at a pain level of 86 out of 100 (0 being no pain & 100 being most pain).  If you were to shoot the cow in the head with a shotgun then the cow would die in 1.7 minutes with a pain level of only 5.5 out of 100.  I am getting these facts from the "Lost all hope" website.  I understand that some vegans may not want to sign this because they don't want animal killed at all but I beg you to sign it because the odds of getting everyone to go vegan tomorrow is not good but maybe we can save the cows A TON of agony.  Keep in mind that every second is like an eternity when you are in serious pain.  You can still encourage veganism...I will be vegan for the rest of my life but this is a NOBLE petition with a viable proposal.  Bullets are cheap and each cow is 1200 pounds.  They can afford one bullet for every 1200 of meat.
