Times are changing. While Burger King, Chipotle, and many other fast-food chains have introduced vegan faux meat and a variety of other cruelty-free options, McDonald's still offers very few vegan dishes. All of these are ridiculously under-demanded, and none in the United States mimic meat or any other kind of animal product.

          McDonald's has introduced "vegan" burgers in other countries, but this burger will come with non-vegan cheese, and will also be cooked on the same grill as non-vegan meats. These two flaws, especially the non-vegan cheese, will not go unnoticed by consumers, which will discourage many vegans from choosing this option. If this is the case, and the product is unsuccessful, it will be taken off of the menu - and non-vegans will not choose compassionate foods as easily. If 100% vegan foods are not added to the menu, there will be no hope for animals bred for McDonald's meat, dairy, and eggs. 

          By signing this petition, you are putting pressure on McDonald's to add legitimate, wanted vegan options to their menu, especially in the U.S. - saving millions from a life of torture and, eventually, murder.
