I am very happy to say that this petition now has over 2,000 signatures. If we add this petition's signatures up with other political movements and organizations in Bellingham that are asking for a publicly owned fiber-optic network and a Dig Once Policy we can easily come up with about 4,000 signatures. Of course, there is a lot more support out there from just about everyone in the community for this who simply haven't signed the petition yet. So what I need your help with now is to get those that support this petition, who haven't signed it yet, to take a second and sign it. We are always happy to answer any questions they may have. Contacting the PUD, City and County Councils, Port, and mayoral candidates helps a lot too. Thanks again, you are awesome! Let's get this done :).
