We The People hold these truths to be self-evident, that all New Mexicans are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that have since been infringed upon by the Governor of the State of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan-Grisham. To Secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. We believe that our form of State Government has become destructive of these ends, and that it is our God given, unalienable Right to alter or abolish such unjust Government and Governor. The history of the present Governor of New Mexico is a history of repeated injuries, wickedness, and of gross negligence, all purposing for the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these counties and free citizens. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to all ears that will hear and all eyes that will see. So help us God. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has overseen and encouraged the destruction and murder of innocent human life, in the form of abortion, over these lands. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has obstructed our First Amendment Right by ordering the closure of Churches and Places of Worship. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has violated and stripped away our Second Amendment Right with the passing and support of anti-gun legislation.

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has used the State Police of the State of New Mexico against We The People - to bully and unjustly shut down non-conforming businesses and churches alike - that refuse to comply with her Stay-at-home Order. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has shown disrespect, intolerance, and mistreatment towards our Sheriffs. Suppressing their collective voice and disregarding their opinion towards an unjust Second Amendment attack. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has publicly threatened We The People with the force of the National Guard. 

And whereas, as the President of the United States, Donald Trump, Ordered the National Guard of New Mexico to the southern boarder for Immigration Enforcement. Governor Lujan-Grisham reversed the President's actions, siding against the safety and protection of We The People of New Mexico. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has shown an incompetence towards the Revitalization of the New Mexico economy, having wrongfully and unjustly closed a large sector of the State's economy, forcing hundreds of thousands of New Mexicans into poverty and unemployment. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham, in the closure of this economy, has closed thousands of businesses without the consent or opinion of We The People. Building on a pattern of her practice of Tyranny. 

And whereas, this Governor has instructed businesses to close, overreaching her authority as Governor, and without the consent of The Legislature. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has shown a gross negligence and irresponsibility towards the handling of our State's Budget. Having imposed on We The People the largest tax increase ever, even with the State's largest surplus. 

And whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has shown an incompetence and gross negligence with our State's Budget by completely overestimating the price of oil, thus destroying New Mexico's State Budget with a massive deficit.  

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has advocated for the destruction of our Election Integrity, by rejecting the need for Voter Identification and supporting All-Mail Elections. 

Whereas, Michelle Lujan-Grisham has advocated against the Oil and Gas industry. Hereby rejecting and advocating against the largest contributor financially to the State of New Mexico. Thus, destroying the budget for education and infrastructure. 

Therefore, We The People of These 33 counties, would like to remind Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham she is working for US, and We The People of These 33 counties hereby declare she listen, compromise, and get her act together, or history might be in danger of repeating itself. So help us God.
