We the undersigned are IN FAVOR OF having better cell phone coverage for our neighborhood. Coverage in this part of Berkeley is spotty at best, and it will likely be improved by the installation of local cell antennas. A large and growing number of benefits will be the result, including wireless alarms, monitoring devices for the elderly, emergency calls from the street, etc.
