We the citizens of Milwaukee are very concerned about the reckless
driving in our community. There have been numerous fatalities, injuries
and property damage due to this behavior. We witness unsafe driving on
a daily basis and it is impacting the health of our community.

We, the undersigned, are asking the Mayor and Common Council to
declare the reckless driving epidemic a Public Safety Emergency.
