The Village of Bartlett needs an Underpass on the street of West Bartlett Road (31W394–31W398 W Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103) the Train pass by there way too many times throughout the day and the people of Bartlett others passing through and at times emergency vehicles wait anywhere from 20 mins to over 50 mins at times.  What happens if there was a fire and the fire department can’t get through or if people on the westside of Bartlett needed police assistance. The people of West Bartlett Road would be out of luck. This Train situation is making us late to and from work, taking and picking up our kids from school. It’s becoming an Inconvenience to us all.
