Vote to oppose the commercial zoning change, on the River of Life church property on Sand Lake Rd. and protect our residential areas of Dr. Phillips.

The Issue

 

· This will cause MAJOR TRAFFIC  CONGESTION on Sand Lake Rd., and make it even worse than it already is.

 

· This will extend the commercial part of Sand Lake Rd., and convert our community into a commercial zone.

 

· Once this property becomes commercial, it can be used for a variety of completely non-residential usages.
